I started doing yoga with Meagan during my second pregnancy. She really helped me focus on my breath, which I really needed, and was great at offering flexible moves so that I would be comfortable in the poses as I grew bigger with each trimester. She even helped me to perform simple positions on my own, offering great tips and advice. Most of all I loved her positive energy and the complete attention she gave me.
